The program’s trajectory is historic. The Bison captured back-to-back Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Tournament Championships, punching consecutive tickets to the NCAA Softball Tournament. Under the leadership of MEAC Coach of the Year Tori Tyson, Howard Softball continues to rewrite records—highlighted by major milestones like securing the program's first-ever victory over a Big Ten opponent, earning individual honors for MEAC Player of the Year and Pitcher of the Year, and placing a record number of scholar-athletes on All-MEAC and All-Academic teams.
